What do I do if I received a defective order?
To exchange or refund an order, login to your account and go to your account area.
Head to the ‘orders’ tab & view the order that you wish to exchange or refund.
Inside the order, you can see that you can ‘Ask for a refund’ on a specific item or the whole order. Click the one that applies for you and in the refund request message say that you wish to return a defective item and areason why. We will get back to you on the next steps and if we approve this. You have 30 days from the order placed to return the item.
