How do I change my delivery address?
If you have already placed an order with the wrong address, please contact the seller.
If it’s a ‘bikeZaar direct’ purchase, please contact us to discuss what we can do.
For marketplace & ‘Retailer Direct’ purchases, please contact the seller directly to discuss their process.
If you haven't placed an order yet through the marketplace or ‘bikeZaar Direct’, you can change your delivery address in your account. Log into your account and click the ‘Addresses' tab, then select ‘Edit’. Don’t forget to press ‘Save Address’ when done.
If you’re a new customer and haven’t placed an order, you can also enter your address when ordering. The billing and delivery address can both be different.
